We use the kit to demonstrate principles of workplace organisation, with a place for everything and every thing in its place, as well as mistake proofing with its Poke Yoke foam insert. We were fed up of workshop participants leaving sessions with pens in their pockets but with the Gemba Box you can quickly demonstrate if all of the tools from the workshop have been returned prior to releasing the group. Kanban inventory control means consumable items such as sticky notes are used up you know you need to re-stock before your next session. Housed in an incredibly robust case that puts everything you need in one place, 5 years on since the first generation case was designed it is still in full working order.
